Biscotti and almond extract

Yesterday, Matt and I were talking about almond extract, and how it is delicious and everything you make with it is delicious. Unfortunately, we couldn't think of anything that I make with it, until biscotti came up. So this morning I made almond biscotti, a very easy yet scrumptious recipe.
