happiness is key

I have decided it is time for a change. A change in my attitude! I have spent the last year or so being unhappy, not all the time of course, but i have felt as though my attitude has been very negative. This of course leads to being unhappy more often then being happy. I am SICK of it. And I have come to the realization that it is my own fault if I am unhappy. I am the one who is control of my own happiness (for the most part).

Ever since I have made this decision I have been happier, felt more laid back, I have even felt prettier, and I've even had more energy. Im excited!
