Friday, and all alone!

It was friday night and everyone was out of town, and by everyone i mean everyone i hang out with ha. Caton and Matt went to California, and Tom went to Chicago for the week, which left little old me with the dogs. Since I was alone i decided to try and do something fun, and fun for me is BAKING, HA! So that is what I did. I drank a delicious red Shiraz and did some baking experiments. I bought just plain white cake mix and decided to make it in to cupcakes and add something special to each cupcake.

The first cupcake I added Chocolate chips, the second I added froot loops (crushed up), the third marshmallows, forth animal crackers, and the fifth ritz crackers (weird, I know). The best ones i think were actually the ritz cracker ones.
After that I decided to make something else, I didn't want the same ole same ole. I found nutella(chocolate hazelnut spread) and I added it to my yummy peanutbutter cookies. So they were nutella peanutbutter cookies. Very Tasty!!

All in all it was a very fun evening, eventhough i was all alone!

I know it has been ages since i have made any posts, but that is because i am a terrible writer, and I am really not that interesting. ha. However, i did think it was important to share that i have made a new addition to my family, Lenie! She is my new puppy. She is a mix, and I am not sure what she is mixed with, but she is adorable. I got her from the pound about a month, she is great.
